I'm Oliver. 

I've been living in Tokyo, Japan for the past 6 years and I was born and raised in Miami, FL. I earned my degree in Art and Art History focusing on animation and installation art.

My goal with my work is to bridge the gaps between art, video games and culture. I have the unique advantage in living in a city where video games are intertwined with the popular culture. I think the interactive element of games can push it further than its utility as a source of entertainment and into the realm of insightful art.

On this site I will be writing about my different experiences with gaming, Tokyo life and sharing any art (pixel, digital and games) I make along the way.
